Even though the invasion of a person's privacy is legal, does that mean it should be done without a person's consent?

To myself and to perhaps many others, privacy equates to sanctity, and when a person's sanctity is abused the trauma can equate to something similar to rape..

Furthermore chronic abuses of privacy, when it is directed by malicious design especially can lead to other (if not ALL)abuses.

History proves that when privacy becomes plundered, the people are subject to become slaves. Although abuses of privacy are not protected constitutionally, I am positive the Constution of the United States of America forbids slavery and guarentees every individual's right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"- something that can be ripped away from any Private Citizen at the personal whim of any illegitimate group,or person with some "private"agenda having access to unorthodox methods of exploiting an individual's privacy..

Yes you are right with Street View you can see only what you can see walking. hold on a second...you can freeze and STUDY the image! hmm that door of that villa there its the XYZ type and I know how to open those so this is where we are going in tonight, no lets have a closer look to make sure, the house is really in the middle of nowhere so not much risk even if someone is in and screams, thats good, and here is another entrance, the wall is really low and we can go around the block and leave form here. oh and look at that porsche parked in. I wonder if its still there, its definitely worth us going in...sounds like a plan

I'm sick and tired of anyone who "thinks" they have a right to so much as even look on to their neighbors property, yet alone take photographs from the road of your house ,yard ,people, dogs, cats ,your personal and "private posessions"ect. ect. this comes under the heading of MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS. any personal or private property should be just that! And not broadcast across the planet or any where else without the owner of that propertys PERMISSION. weather its someones land, or house, or backyard make no difference its still PRIVATE until the owner says otherwise! And to have some private co. photographing everything everywhere is blantantly illegal and the co. should be sued and sued and sued and then sued again until a stop is put to it. Anyone who thinks that this is "fun" or "they have a right" or it " should be done for some public intrest or another " should PULL THEIR head out of their ass and learn something about our rights. Like to be secure in our private posessions papers ect. which includes "ANYTHING" we privately own. . . .!!!!!!
