This stuff fascinates me, and yet confuses the hell out of me. I read all of these comments.., agree with some, disagree with others, both for and against. I beleive there were MANY lost civilizations, cultures, etc. The hard physical evidence of ancient stone structures, bones, and ancient writings makes it extremely hard to dispute their existance. I do feel too much emphasis is placed on trying to identify every newly discovered lost city or civilization found as being the lost city of Atlantis. I do, however believe that if in fact there was an Atlantis. Once the site is found, something THERE will let us know if we're at the right place by way of archeology and science, but meanwhile every new find will be deemed "Atlantis."

They ALL can't frickin be Atlantis now, can they?! As much as we actually find on the bottom of the ocean, lakes, and on land, who's to say three times that amount isn't buried under miles of hardened volcanic lava or huge mounds of sediment, rubble, or ice?!! Through satellite imagery, we've only recently began to "reevaluate" our discoveries with the discovery of new ones that have now put a kink in the stories of the old ones. A huge percentage of our oceans remains unexplored, with some depths beyond our reach. You and I, now matter how much we learn on our own or regardless of what ANYONE tells us to believe will never fully grasp the full scope of this planet's wild and mysterious past. There will always be skeptics no matter what evidence there is to support any theory about any given subject. SO GET USED TO IT!!

Take dinosaurs for example. We have actual bones from all across the world and STILL folks want to say, "Oh no, no there never was any such thing!" Ghosts, Monsters, Bigfoot, Chicacabwa, etc, it's all the same. Skeptic-vs-the believer and the nut jobs! I think allot of people, just as someone commented here.., are just too STUPID to see what's right in front of them. As far as the video of the underwater formations being manmade off the coast of Japan.., I'm a little skeptical on that one. They look to be nothing really except left over volcanic disaster debri, etc, but then again it was not a great video either.

We all have opinions and different beleifs. Most of us live in a free country and are entitled to freedom of speech. The host of this site provides a web site for our viewing. If you don't like what he says, don't be rude, just visit a different site. Check out a different site that backs up what YOU believe instead of badgering someone who's merely stating what he believes to be fact or fiction. It's fine to agree and debate, that's what comments are for. But don't be an ass to someone just to gain attention for acting like an ass . That just makes you look stupid and him look better. Think about it.., yeah you can trash what I said(gaining you more ASS points with your faithful followers) but after you're done, you'll still be an ass. Or, you can try take something good from what I said and STOP being an ass. It's youre choice, your life, your future, your problem, not mine. I'm 48 years old, raised a child (now 22), BEEN an ass.., doesn't work. Just trying to help.., take it or leave it, again, your choice.

Here's a thought, make your own site if you feel so strongly about it. Post your opinions and allow your own forum for discussion and comments, but don't badger someone for merely providing what's out there. TRUE, some people's research may be more thorough than other's, even inaccurate. A simple, "I tend to disagree with you on this subject. Check out (web site, book, etc.). Tell me what you find." That way, maybe you might both learn something. After all, rarely are any of us right 100% of the time, if you feel you are then HAIL TO YOU OH GREAT AND ALL POWERFUL ONE! If the host is a good one and finds he's wrong, he should post the CORRECTED FACTS giving credit to the person who opened his eyes on the subject.., and vice versa. That's what makes a good research site with comments worth reading.

I believe allot of what we see on TV is speculation, mixed with fact, and some myth. But hey, we STILL watch it, don't we? I'm not an archeologist, a scientist, or any such person to make an accurately educated guess on the subject of archeolgy. If it had electrical wiring, or guitar strings sticking out of t then I could probably tell you allot about it, but it doesn't.., so there. It makes me laugh when scientists get all up in arms when they find one area separated by thousands of miles, similar to another. Look around the world today. What do you see? Similar cars, homes, food, various products, etc, right? We know they had ships, and if scientists are correct the land masses were closer together then with less ocean (meaning less tropical storm fronts causing shipwrecks) separated them from the next civilization next door. The ice was further north then so ships would've been much farther north, as well as more land mass closer together. So NO it's not a suprise we find similar cultures, and materials so far away from the site that THEN were much closer by.

Take Stonehenge for example. The structure's stone, although said to have been quarried from European soil is of the same type found in abundance the northern regions of the US and Canada. If the continents were once attached to each other this makes sense. But the most astonishing fact concerns a place of little known to most Americans. A mysterious place in New Hampshire referred to as "America's Stonehenge." The place has the same Celtic ties, carbon dates to the same time frame, same type stone, although it's a different looking structure. (at least what's still there due to theft, vandals, etc.) It is also pefectly aligned to the planets matching with characteristics to Stonehenge in England. Could the stone been used for both places? Were these places 2 different areas under the same civilization and culture?

Unlike allot of people, I don't necessarily beleive Aliens were responsible (I'm 60/40 on that issue but feel there's gotta be other life out there!). unless they were here first and left when the planet's surface went crazy and could no longer live here for whatever reason. Maybe they are just keeping an eye on us until the shit hits the fan so they can have their world back without a big celestrial war! Maybe they are counting all of us to see how long they can live here using us as a possible food source. Maybe they are waiting to see if Obama can straighten things out first so they won't have to deal with it. Maybe this is just a dream and none of us are really here at all! DOH!!!
