Its subtle. its legal (the dust version). graffiti making is ALWAYS letters THat's what graffiti is about. Doesnt matter how abstract, or the kind of paint. LETTERS should always be involded. if not no graffiti but mural painting or something like that. Hail King Dondi. graffiti removal is no graffiti. its another cross facet of street art.
