I came here 7 years ago and have houses in the city of Puebla, A 3,000 sq metre forest lot in Orizaba with ancient trees and a spectacular 3,000 sq metre lot in the mountains with a house as big as a small hotel, nearing completion. The reason I am on this site is that I am planning to purchase a lot near the sea where I plan to build the same thing that you are proposing. Maybe on a catamaran from a Wharram design but fitted out in rustic but luxurious style. Contact me if you want to pay me a visit.
