		<description>There is an abandoned concrete ship near Galveston, TX just off the tip of Pelican Island. You can see it if you take the ferry to Bolivar Peninsula. The ship was built in WWII as a replacement for steel ships but was too brittle to handle rough waters so it was scrapped. I think it just broke in two and sank. Hurricane Ike may have shifted it a bit so I don&#039;t know how much of it you can see anymore.</description>
