Yet another strange kind of abandonment. What, after all, does one do with a giant swimming pool no longer being used for swimming? Their fairly single-purpose design is difficult to adaptively reuse as anything but a skateboard park. However, apparently some locals at this pool near the Modibo Keita stadium have actually taken up residence in the former changing rooms! (Source)
