Small Portable Prefab Module

A joint Japanese and German creation this incredibly tiny but somehow stylish prefab module manages to make everything you need to live available in a 77 square-foot space including a bed, dining area, sound system, television and integrated furniture and storage spaces. The homes are to be available for a somewhat steep price of 50,000 Euros but might come down as mass production becomes increasingly plausible. (Source)
