Michelle: This is also an older one, shot in that same alley in Queens. I traced Ryan with 2 different jack-o-lantern lights, the one on the left blinks on and off, hence the broken look. Then I had Ryan hold a green LED light on his face, so he wasn’t just a silhouette.
There are these awesome fingertip LED lights you can get at the laundromat for 50 cents…they come in bubbles…we must have gone through about 100 of those.

Ryan: It’s all about that jack-o-lantern light on the right. It makes this really bold, thick line. Love that thing.
