I'm fine with lego recreating the vietcong murder, but, one, it doesn't seem to fit in this article (one that's largely light and enjoyable) and two, it should be done in a more tactful way (e.g. eliminating the smile). It was a horrible crime that should be recreated in a tactful way (if it should be recreated at all), unless it's for political commentary which this doesn't seem to be. Having a smile on the victim is as appropriate as having a rape victim smiling during the act or WWII concentration camp victims smiling as they are gased by their captors.
