Anton Tang’s Adorable Danbo Toy Collection [33 Pictures]
Photographer Anton Tang, from Singapore, is the type of person who uses his talent to help you smile and have a great day. If you have a bad day, you should visit Anton Tang’s site and his adorable photographs tagged “toys” or `antty’s Flickr photostream. His cardboard people photos are a whole bucket of cuteness overload. The little cardboard people are called Danboard and came from a Japanese manga called Yotsuba&!.
When asked what inspired him to photograph the cardboard characters, Anton said, “It all began from last year when I bought my first DSLR camera. I took pictures of the toy doing something ridiculous to share with my friends. But to my surprise, I received many responses from other users who stumbled onto my photos by accident. All of them told me that they enjoy what they see; the result of overwhelming responses has encouraged me to take more pictures of it. So I decided to start this project about Danboard, exploring everything around her. I compose my pictures in such a way that viewers can feel Danboard has come to life when they see it. My main intention is to brighten up everyone’s day. Viewers should follow up on my website if they wish to find out what Danbo might do next!”
