How can such a giant structure ever become obsolete? This apartment building has clearly been vacant for some time as evidenced by the shattered windows at various levels. Another question that arises from such structures: how do you keep people safely out of them? Once inside there would be so many places to hole up and hide indefinitely. (Source)
