Urban Mini Tower by HyBrid Architecture

Seattle architectural firm HyBrid Architecture developed this plan for a client who owned a small, underutilized piece of urban property. Their design includes a double-height ground floor to be used for commercial space, two studio apartments, and a shared rooftop garden that collects rainwater for reuse in the building.
