Sustainable Human Powered Car

The so-called HumanCar is pretty much exactly what it sounds like – a Flintstonesesque vehicle powered by up to four human beings at one time. Now fully in production you can actually purchase one of these street-worthy vehicles. However, to get above speeds of 30 or so miles per hour may require a hill – at least until they think of a way to integrate some kind of simple, sustainable and low-powered motorized system to augment the human power that currently provides the vehicles‘ only means of locomotion.
