It is somehow strange to see such a complex and beautiful building and realize it is prefabricated and designed to have mass-produced elements applied to future architectural projects. The design is environmentally self-regulating through pass strategies that incorporate a layered facade and the thermal properties of concrete. Also, the Core-10 steel naturally and quickly rusts to give it a look of age and permanence that sets it apart from some of the more temporary-appearing prefabs. (Architect)
