Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of this otherwise sensuously sustainable tower design is the fact that what appears at first glance to be a massive wind turbine at the top is, in fact, merely a stationary observation center. Certainly it provides an amazing view to visitors but for a building seeking LEED silver certification through energy and water conservation strategies it seems like a critical opportunity was missed to take this from a good to a great design.
