Banksy Art in New Orleans

After hurricane Katrina struck and devastated the area, New Orleans became of a focus of world attention not only for the disaster but for its mismanagement. In his trip to work there Banksy brought out some of the hopes, fears, tensions and dilemmas underlying the disaster, the history of New Orleans and the task of rebuilding the city.
