Psychedelic Light Portraits of Chamberlain

Psychedelic Light Portraits of Chamberlain

A child of the 60s and 70s the psychedelic art of his young adulthood is clearly reflected in Dean Chamberlain’s more contemporary works. Using long exposures of up to and over five hours for a single shot he captures a trippy array of bright colors not found together in nature. His portraits are at once surreal and hyper-real – revealing mysterious patterns that at once impossible to believe and difficult to ignore. His subjects range from ordinary friends and other artists to famous individuals including Timothy Leary and David Bowie. (Source)
